How We've Helped
- Each year all of the staff at Battistella select a charity to focus our financial and physical efforts. For 2010 it is NeighbourLink Calgary; operating since 1993, NeighbourLink services provide hundreds of impoverished families with a network of care when and where they need it most - at home in their community. Every week we delivered much needed food hampers around Calgary. This charity was such a great fit for Battistella we decided to carry this on through into 2011.

- In 2008 the Brown Bagging Society of Calgary was selected by Battistella for its work towards ensuring that Calgary’s school children are provided with a healthy lunch when needed. Our efforts included making and delivering sandwiches, as well as through the generous donations of our subtrade partners we raised over $20,000. Battistella also provided the Brown Bagging Society with a Smart Car of their own.

- Battistella through its association with the Calgary Home Builders Association has worked to help with the development of two significant multi-family projects (Bob Ward Residence and the Inglewood Residences). Both of these projects operated by Horizon Housing, added desperately needed affordable housing units in Calgary.

- Battistella Developments through its ongoing efforts to build better urban life in Calgary’s innercity has provided Catco, Calgary’s car co-op, with one of its Smart cars for use in the Beltline.
