Finishing touches are the name of the game these days at LIDO. The second and third floor are almost turn-key ready and that theme is progressing its way up the building quickly. Nearing the top floors the final paint coats are being rolled on and the flooring is being installed. Common areas, including the lobby and the hallways, are progressing as well.  

• Exterior: The skip hoist (exterior elevator) was removed in May and the final brick work has been completed in its place. Railings and glass are being installed along the patios all around the building.
• Parkade:  The flooring has been sealed with a membrane (think textured painted epoxy) to protect the cement from salt and debris. Next up is to paint the yellow stall lines.
• Main Floor: The entry way Battistella mosaic looks almost complete in the lobby. Drywall and floor tile have been installed and up next is the beautification process (styling and lighting)
• 2nd Floor: Cleaning is being completed and up next are internal quality control inspections.
• 3^rd Floor: All of these homes are in the final stages of completion as well. Everything is being cleaned and internal quality control inspections will follow shortly.
• 4^th Floor: The flooring is in and painting is done. Currently the team is fine tuning the little details and then it will be cleaning and internal quality control inspections.
• 5^th Floor: The floors are in and the free standing appliances (fridges and washers/dryers) are being installed.
• 6^th Floor: The painting and tile work is complete and now the plank flooring is being laid.
• 7^th Floor: The built in appliances (wall ovens, microwaves, & cooktops) are installed and the homes are being painted. Floors will be installed next.
• 8^th Floor: The walls are being sanded, touched up, and primed. The final coat of paint will be done soon and then floors will be installed next.   
• Rooftop: Plants are coming this week so the gardens will be completed soon. The fireplace is ready for tiling. The last step is to install the benches where you will enjoy morning coffees and evening cocktails.

 The brick is now complete on LIDO's exterior.
