Chartreuce

Designed by Peter Jungen of Habitat Design, and enhanced by Graham Edmunds Architecture, the Chartreuce is a 12 unit loft-style live/work townhome complex. Characterized by it's unique industrial finishes (steel fireplace, steel shelves, exposed beams and beam stairs), Chartreuce is reflective of it's trendy industrial/residential neighbourhood of Inglewood.

The two-storey homes range in size from 955 to 1300 square feet and either consist of one bedroom and a den or one and a half bathrooms. All main floors have 10-foot ceilings, with an 18-foot living room space over looked from the loft. Most of the units also have full basements.
