Connaught Gardens

Designed by Sturgess Architecture, Connaught Gardens is located on the edge of downtown in the community of Connaught more commonly known as the Belt Line. The central focal point of the homes is the central courtyard upon which every unit overlooks.

The eleven units range in size from 900 to 1200 square feet. This project is still one of Battistella Developments signature projects, and was recognized by the Alberta Architects Association as one of the best projects of the millennium: A testament to its contemporary style and enduring power by the architectural community.
