The Ellington

The Ellington is a 23 unit apartment style project located in the up and coming community of Renfrew/Bridgeland. It is designed by Graham Edmunds Architects. These homes range in size from 1050 to 1135 square feet and consist of either two bedrooms or one bedroom and a den, with each unit having two full bathrooms.

The Ellington's quiet central location and contemporary yet sophisticated finishes render it a true urban haven. The top floor units have a remarkable clerestory ceiling that curves to a height of 17 feet and transforms the space from a typical apartment condo to a chic urban home.
