LIDO is almost ready to welcome its first residents. We are just finalizing the details across the building to meet Battistella Development's high standards. The homes are in the inspection stage and the common areas are almost complete. We are looking forward to start walking purchasers through the building soon.

• Exterior: We are working on the sidewalks at the NW corner of LIDO and along 2^nd Ave. The estimated completion of the sidewalks is late July.
• Parkade:  The garage door has been installed at the CPA (Calgary Parking Authority) entryway as well as the residential divider on P2.
• Main Floor: The lobby interior is progressing. The tile and bench on the left side is installed. The LIDO blue designer tile is up next and then lighting will be hung. The lobby will be completed at the end of July.
• 2nd Floor: The final inspections are being completed.
• 3^rd Floor: The inspection phase has begun. 301 is being completed now that the skip hoist (exterior elevator) has been removed from the North wall.  
• 4^th Floor: Check out the photo below of a kitchen on the 4^th floor. Inspections have begun  
• 5^th Floor: Custom fine tuning is taking place within the homes. Inspections continue.
• 6^th Floor: Custom fine tuning is taking place within the homes. Inspections continue.
• 7^th Floor: Custom fine tuning is taking place within the homes. Inspections continue.
• 8^th Floor: Floors are all in. Closet organizers and door knobs are being installed. Inspections will begin shortly.
• Rooftop: The rooftop gardens have been planted, the benches are in, and the fireplace is tiled. 

The sidewalks on 2nd Avenue are going in.
