The second floor is comprised of twenty executive suites with a private hotel entrance and exclusive elevator. The hotel suites will be managed by an experienced rental company.

PARKING

An entire floor of the underground parkade will be operated by the City of Calgary Parking Authority. Public access to the public parkade will be separate from the residential parking access.

The main floor of LIDO will consist of seven boutique-style shops and cafes, contributing to the vibrancy and eclectic nature of Kensington.
